  • R1 minimum lot sizes were substantially reduced via Phase 1 and Phase 2 Housing Options Amendments (2024-2025): interior public sewer lots now 4,000 sf (previously 6,000 sf); zero lot line lots now 2,000 sf.
  • DC Downtown Core has two height maximums: 200 ft standard and 500 ft within the Superior/Jefferson/Lafayette/Ewing St bounded area.
