Overview
OnlyPlans treats every site as the composition of up to nine layers — five are already rendered on every city page, four are scoped but not yet live. Those layers are fed by roughly 20 distinct public data sources. This page catalogs both: which layers exist, which sources feed them, and what's still on the backlog.
The source tree lives under zoning/us/. Wiki pages live at /zoning/<state-slug>/, /zoning/federal-overlays/, and so on.

The layer stack
The effective rule set for any site is the resolution of several layers. Each layer either sets a baseline, adds a constraint, or overrides a downstream layer. Zoning-stack layers are build-deterministic; enrichment columns are joins.
