§ ORS 197.524 — Housing development adjustments
Research notes
Requires cities ≥10,000 to provide an administrative (ministerial) adjustment process for housing projects seeking up to 10% deviation from clear and objective development standards (setbacks, FAR, height, etc.). Intended to reduce discretionary review friction for housing. Supplements HB 2001 middle housing allowances.
