Kitchen Countertop
Receptacles placed every 4 feet along the countertop. No point along the countertop can be more than 2 feet from a receptacle.
Long Hallway
Receptacles placed at least every 10 feet in a hallway longer than 10 feet.
Bathroom
Receptacles placed within 3 feet of the sink, GFCI-protected.
Garage
At least one GFCI-protected receptacle per vehicle bay.
Outdoor Spaces
One weatherproof, GFCI-protected receptacle at the front and rear of the house, no more than 6.5 feet above ground.
