I'm Clifton Harness, co-founder of TestFit. This site is where I write about buildings, software, and the gap between how architecture works and how it should work.

Architecture is downstream of capital. Rooms are the only primitive. Buildings should ship like software.

Most of the posts here are works in progress. I'm moving fast and figuring out where AI is useful and where it isn't. I don't explain much or draw conclusions. The bad ideas or the awful tools tend to make data speak for itself and you can draw your own conclusions.
